Interference
A geometric composition of a rectangle follows the literal shape of the canvas creating a framework of change for viewers to move around. The paintings’ overall qualities shift and colors are revealed depending on the angle of the viewer and reflection of light.
Infinite Space
A diagonal line intersects a primarily flat and even monochromatic surface. Thin washes of paint at top and bottom of the colorfield plane reveals the layers of paint gradually fading into the white of the canvas.
Bands Light Space
An inner band at the center of the canvas plane cuts diagonolly with a sharp line demarcating the inner and outer areas of the surface plane. Gestures radiate out at the top and bottom from the center band forming gradient washes o colr which dissipate to the edge of the white canvas.
Bands Dark Space
An inner band at the center pierces a monochromtaic plane. Gestures emenate upward and downward from the central band gradaually fading into surface plane.
Blue’s Silence /
Silent Light
Overall colors in lighter tones in multiple layers cover the surface with a subtle darker tone at the bottom.
Bound for Eternity
A long paper surface is suspended in a circular form from the ceiling creating a semicircle painting installation structure. A band of colosr and gestures at the center of the surface extends horizontally from end to end fading towrds to the top and bottom leaving the edges of the paper white.
